Portrait study # 1 ... hope u like it!

Hey Cynthia, finally im here and i may show you the result of the first study that i have done some days ago. For this sketch i used a normal pencil (for grid), a black felt-tip pen, a red coal-pencil and two tones of pantone (ehehehe, they were the only things that i had on hand in that moment). This quick drawing has been made in about 15 minuts and i wasn't looking for a resemblace in features but, i was more interested about shadows and general forms. I wanna be sincere: i'm not satisfated about the result but, hope you like it :)
I clearly remember that in your profile there were more suitable pics for portraits... :( but now, let's go on!

Since when i was young i used to make a lot of rough drafts (like now!) but on paper only. Now im using some digital programs too (is cheaper and in this way i can be faster in studies). So, probably i'll show you some of you in digital version... ehehehe maybe it could be interesting... ^^
